For your convenience, CCS has automated the application process. If you would rather turn in a paper application in person, you are welcome to do so. At the end of the electronic application, you will be prompted to upload all the items listed below or you may bring the papers in person. The $50 application fee is due in person. Once everything is received, the application can be finalized.
